Overview

This document provides information about User Journies.

🧪 Sample User Journeys (Bullet Format)

User opens library page, uses search bar to find a specific publication by title or keyword.

User browses categories and selects a filter (e.g. “Business” or “New Releases”).

User clicks on a publication to view its details.

User adds a publication to the cart (if purchase is enabled).

User leaves the page without completing checkout (cart abandonment scenario).

User returns later – checks if cart items persist (session/local storage check).

User adds multiple publications to cart, then removes one.

User adds a publication to cart, navigates back to library, continues browsing.

User adds an unavailable (restricted/premium) publication to cart – sees error or upsell.

User adds to cart, logs out, logs back in – checks cart persistence.

User views cart summary from the library header or icon.

User applies coupon or sees pricing tiers (if enabled).

User sees upsell CTA (e.g. “Subscribe for better pricing”).

User starts checkout, hits “Back” – returns to library with cart intact.
