Also important: In case of an error that says "Connection refused by alfaomegacloud.com":

  • Our servers only support versions 1.2 and 1.3 of the TLS protocol. The EZproxy server has to be configured to use either of those two.
  • Check the domain that's being used, some tenants have www. and people often forget about it because Chrome doesn't show it.
  • The EZproxy server has to have the time correctly configured.
